THE BUILDING

A luminous new chapter

A distinctive building

Available from August 2027, Chapel Row East is the first of two prominent developments connecting the Esplanade with Commercial Street, blending Jersey’s rich maritime heritage with a striking new architectural identity. Chapel Row East offers a rare sophistication in today’s market, featuring a distinctive living green wall façade, four landscaped terraces, and a five-floor central glass atrium that draws an abundance of natural light into the heart of the building. Offering 35,135 sq ft of open-plan workspaces across ground and five upper floors, Chapel Row East will be a new standard for prime in Jersey and a welcome addition to St. Helier’s increasingly modern and vibrant business and finance district.

THE BUILDING

A striking central glass atrium

The central glass atrium within Chapel Row East is both a striking architectural feature and part of the building’s passive design approach. Over six floors with a glass skylight and a 70-ft vertical garden, the atrium transforms every workspace, bringing the outdoors in with passive natural light reducing the reliance on artificial light. Connecting people with natural light and planting – biophilic design – the atrium enhances occupant comfort and wellbeing, creating a true sense of space, light and beauty and positively impacting mood, individual health and cognitive function. The heart of Chapel Row East, the atrium is an open, visually connected space that encourages interaction and fosters a sense of community.
