The first of two landmark developments on the Esplanade at the heart of St Helier’s finance and business district, Chapel Row East is testament to collaborative partnership. Goat Group Real Estate would like to acknowledge the commitment of our architects, surveyors, engineers, technical consultants and project managers, who are leading an ambitious refurbishment of 17.5 and 18 Esplanade. The innovative and creative approach of the team aligns to our vision for the project and responds to the purpose of Goat Group which is to Nurture Brighter Futures. Chapel Row prioritises people, embraces sustainability, minimises impact, protects existing heritage and enhances the public realm. Achieving planning permission in February 2026, the partnership is targeting a BREEAM® Excellent certification, making Chapel Row East the first office development in the Channel Islands to achieve this recognition.
